Using the Support Platform Search Engine
The search engine of the support platform is a very convenient tool for quickly finding a solution to a problem. On the homepage, a search bar is available to help you easily look for answers.
Additionally, a menu is provided to help you narrow down the scope of your search: you can choose to search among existing tickets, the knowledge base, or the community.
This allows you to precisely target where you want to search for a solution and save time by getting directly relevant results.
