How to Submit a Support Request ?

Support is available exclusively for members with a support contract. Before contacting support, we recommend consulting the articles in the knowledge base and using the search function in the menu to find an answer to your question. However, do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you cannot find the desired answer.

To contact support, two options are available:
  1. Create a ticket on the platform: Log in to the platform and follow the steps to create a ticket. This allows us to effectively track your request.
  2. Send an email to help@ixila.com: You can directly email us by specifying your issue.

It is very important to describe your issue in as much detail as possible, providing maximum information. This will help us resolve the issue faster and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. Please feel free to attach screenshots or other relevant attachments to illustrate your request.

Finally, if your issue is urgent, you can indicate the priority of your request, either in the email or when creating the ticket on the platform. This will help us better understand the importance of your request and handle it accordingly.
